Park & Ride for Commuters

Attention all Commuters!

If you purchased the convention transportation package and would like to avoid paying $22 per day to park your car at the Hilton, HBU is offering a free shuttle to the convention hotel. It works like this:

• On Sunday, June 19, park your car at HBU following signs to "Event Parking" at 7502 Fondren Road, Houston 77074.
• Two shuttles will run from HBU to the Hilton on Sunday.
• The 1st shuttle bus departs at 3:00; the 2nd departs at 5:00. You and your luggage (or just you, if you arrived earlier and have already dropped off your luggage at the Hilton) will be driven to the Hilton and dropped off.
• At 10:00 AM on Friday, June 24, the HBU bus will pick you up at the Hilton and return you to your car at HBU.
• Need to return earlier to retrieve your car? While the bus will not run mid-week, you can take a taxi back to HBU and possibly still save yourself money! (Taxi: $35-47 incl. tip)

All you need to do is sign-up so we know how many to expect.  Just send an email to Park.RideAGO2016@gmail.com.  In the subject line say "Sign Me Up for Shuttle Service."  Give your name, email address, best contact number, and where you'll be coming from.  You'll be on the list.
